Saunders & Co, a prominent law firm in Canterbury, sought to relocate their office from Hornby to a new purpose-designed space at The Landing, Wigram. They aimed to transition to a more open and collaborative workspace while preserving the necessary divisions between front-of-house and workspace areas.

Gaze Commercial was engaged to design the new office space for Saunders & Co. To address the challenge of limited natural light, full-height glazing was strategically incorporated, ensuring ample brightness throughout the space. Biophilic design elements, such as planters and natural-inspired carpeting, were integrated to create a fresh and contemporary atmosphere. Glass manifestations with a modern interpretation of the corporate logo added a touch of familiarity and brand identity to the space.
