Ryan Recruitment aimed to relocate back into the vibrant Christchurch CBD, seeking a professional,brand-aligned office in a quality building. Key priorities included excellent local amenities, easy accessibility, and ample parking. The office space needed to reflect Ryan Recruitment’s commitment to professionalism and its renewed brand identity, providing an environment that resonated with both staff and clients.
The design capitalised on panoramic views across Christchurch, Hagley Park, and the Port Hills, creating a visually inspiring workspace. The entry was crafted to be modern and welcoming,featuring natural wood elements, calming tones, and feature lighting to set a warm, professional atmosphere. Acoustic specifications were paramount, allowing the office to be seen but not heard. Acoustic panels, selected in brand-aligned colours, enhanced sound control while contributing to the office's aesthetic. The glazed areas included subtle logo film to integrate the company’s identity. A flexible staff café was also incorporated, designed to double as a secondary meeting space for team collaboration and casual gatherings.
The final space is a refined, professional environment that aligns with Ryan Recruitment’s brand while maximising the office’s exceptional views. Staff and clients alike benefit from a calm, acoustically optimised atmosphere where Ryan Recruitment’s commitment to quality and community is tangible. The new space in Christchurch’s CBD reinforces the company’s brand, providing a welcoming and functional workplace designed for the future.
