Etu Pasifika Auckland, located in the former Mt Wellington Integrated Healthcare facility, caters to a 5,000 patient catchment between Counties Manukau and North Shore, Auckland. Gaze collaborated with the Pacific Medical Association (PMA) to upgrade the existing facility for improved functionality and efficiency.

The project aimed to create a safe and professional environment while incorporating elements of Pacific culture. Gaze carefully selected materials, finishes, and specifications, considering cost and value engineering. The project was executed in stages to minimise disruptions to ongoing operations.

The collaboration with Etu Pasifika and PMA resulted in a successful facility upgrade, delivering a functional and culturally sensitive environment. Despite the complexities of working within an operational healthcare setting, the project was completed within budget and on schedule, showcasing Gaze's commitment to client satisfaction and efficient project management.
