Pasifika Medical Association is a network of Pacific health professionals dedicated to strengthening the Pacific health workforce's capacity and capability, addressing the health needs of Pacific people in the region.

To create a cohesive and cost-effective office space, the client decided to occupy the entire floor of the building, including renting the neighbouring tenancy to form a single, unified office environment.

Gaze Commercial proposed an innovative layout that met all the new space requirements for the client. By reusing most of the finishes and replacing only the worn-out ones, the project was both sustainable and cost-effective. The design emphasised the brand's personality with feature walls, thoughtful fabric choices, and patterned carpet tiles. Furthermore, the client's extensive collection of Pasifika art was seamlessly integrated into the office design, adding cultural richness and a unique identity to the space.

The finished office space exceeded all expectations. Despite the small windows, the area is bright and airy, thanks to strategic design choices. The environment is organised and tidy, highlighted by vibrant feature walls and stylish pendant screens, creating a dynamic and welcoming workspace.
