We crafted an environmental experience that rocks!  Emirates Leisure Retail (ELR), a subsidiary of the high-profile Emirates Group, owns and operates a wide-ranging portfolio of restaurants, cafes and bars across the Middle East, Australia and Asia.

Having completed Auckland Airport's Aroha Café and Bar, Gaze was appointed again as main contractor to deliver the Wondertree dining experience. Responsibilities included council consent lodgement and management, project management, site supervision and construction.

Located in New Zealand’s largest and busiest airport, Gaze Commercial's experience was used to mitigate the constraints and challenges of working in a 24/7 security-conscious operating environment. In partnership with The Greater Group - global digital retail - Gaze delivered a restaurant that caters for various travellers and fulfills Wondertree’s aspiration to 'help every traveller start their journey feeling fabulous'.
