Whitireia Auckland

Whitireia is a tertiary education institute with campuses across New Zealand, offering a wide range of subjects such as Business, IT and Hospitality.

The institute wanted to establish a new Auckland campus that was reflective of Whitireia’s values and culture. It was important that the school was a future-proofed, multi-faceted educational environment that would sustain both growth and Whitireia’s vision.

A key feature within the new campus’s design is the connectivity between work and play. The student common room is designed as an inclusive and fun space, where students can study together or take a break and hang out. Alternatively, the main study area provides a range of seating options, including a quiet room, to engage with various learning styles.
