Rata Foundation is the South Island's largest philanthropic funder.
Gaze conducted a feasibility for either relocation or refurbishment of their premises. After the initial site review, it was determined that Rata Foundation's offices would be best relocated to a nearby site within their current Hazeldean Business Park premises. The client wanted a purpose-designed, functional workplace, that created a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.
The new office provides a collaborative environment that accommodates teams, clients and community gatherings. A large guest lounge creates a warm and welcoming space for visitors, while an open plan office helps to foster a team culture. The staff breakout area incorporates multiple seating arrangements creating a comfortable space for the team to relax and socialize.
