Kordia is New Zealand’s largest telecommunications provider, focusing solely on making business communications faster, more efficient and reliable.

Kordia's office relocation was to create an innovative, communicative and collaborative working environment for their staff. The office space covered approximately 1700 square metres and was to house 130+ staff members.

Gaze provided Kordia with multi-functional work-spaces spanning across a single floor, a combination of open-plan work areas and meeting spaces that also functioned as quiet areas. Multiple breakout areas were designed to encourage a more collaborative working culture and improve communication between teams. The kitchen was a design feature, with a printed ceiling of the city-scape - delivering a space with a unique look and feel.
