The client was looking to relocate their offices. Gaze supported the sourcing of the most suitable tenancy, their lease processes and commitment. 51 Shortland Street was selected following shortlisting of potential sites.
Gaze designed the company's new office as a multi-functional space, balancing privacy with their collaborative culture. A large communal kitchen features, as a space that encourages the team to take a break and enjoy lunch together, while small booths act as private areas for individual work. Whiteboard walls and multi-purpose dividers doubling as additional storage, ensure the space is used as efficiently as possible.
