Glidepath's New Zealand operations aimed to consolidate into one building in Avondale, integrating factory and office spaces. The existing building lacked adequate office space to accommodate current staff levels and future growth.

Gaze designed the offices to enhance communication, flow, and break down historical silos. An additional 350 sqm was incorporated into the factory space to accommodate engineering and factory staff. The design included meticulous acoustic considerations and spacious kitchen and breakout facilities to foster staff collaboration.

The project was completed within a stringent timeline to align with existing lease terminations, demonstrating Gaze's efficiency in delivering complex projects within tight schedules.

The newly designed and consolidated facility provided Glidepath with a modern, cohesive workspace that promoted collaboration and communication among staff. The expansion accommodated the company's growth trajectory while ensuring a comfortable and productive environment for its employees.
