Established in 2011, DUAL is an underwriting agency that provides insurance solutions to businesses nationwide.
When presented with an opportunity to relocate, DUAL wanted to ensure their new offices reflected their profile as a boutique insurance agency that was both modern and edgy. The space had to be inviting, comfortable and provide a relaxed environment to work in.
Gaze’s design optimized the heritage space to create an open-plan environment, including breakout areas, warm lighting, ample greenery and soft furnishings. A green wall in the reception greets visitors as they enter, with joinery designed to tie in with the rich colour of the existing timber. Being heritage listed, original timber panels throughout the space were retained, delivering tangible warmth into the office.
