Dimension Data provides global IT services, technical consulting, managed and support services.

Dimension Data had previously operated from three separate areas and needed to consolidate their operations into a central workplace. The new office needed to focus on visitor experience and convey a strong statement about what they do, their culture and the brand’s values.

Gaze designed the solution, supporting flexibility and maximizing opportunities for greater connectivity between the various teams. The first floor retained the existing fitout, including a staff kitchen and a number of meetings rooms. The addition of open-plan-desking optimized the balance of space. The lower floor was demolished and refitted with an open-plan office area and large staff café, incorporating multiple collaborative spaces to support an inclusive team culture.
