Gaze Commercial has provided quality design and project delivery for commercial office, industrial and retail projects, throughout New Zealand for more than 38 years. As a result of continuing growth, our Auckland office seeks the services of a full-time Project Manager to manage, program and co-ordinate a range of commercial projects.
Personal Attributes and Experience
- More than 5 years of commercial project management
- Past exposure to pricing would be of benefit
- The ability to read detailed plans
- Site, sub-contractor and trade management
- Motivation and be self-driven
- Ability to work independently and without supervision
- NZ Residency or valid NZ work permit
- The ability to drive program and budget to meet client expectations
- Management of multiple projects at any time
- Commercial construction experience
Responsibilities include however are not limited to;
- Taking client briefs
- Client presentations
- Client Communication
- Contractor Communication
- Project programming
- Engaging sub-contractors
- Project and contract management
