The chosen office building offered a modern ambiance, occupying an entire floor. Leveraging existing amenities like a well-equipped kitchenette and ample natural light, minimal adjustments were needed to meet the client's requirements. The space was designed to accommodate public events while providing a flexible and inviting area for staff interaction.
