As a fully equipped design and delivery firm we complete fit outs from start to finish, so you don't need to worry about a thing. Our team will work with you through each stage of the process and ensure that things are transparent and that you are always kept in the loop.

A fit out is the process of making an interior space suitable for occupation. A 'hard' fit out includes items such as walls, joinery, appliances, flooring, data and electrical works, while a 'soft' fit out typically includes furniture and furnishings.

  1. Once you have found your new space, our design studio will prepare preliminary layouts for you to consider.
  2. When the layout and designs have been selected, we prepare a budget estimate on the cost of the project.
  3. Upon budget approval, we complete the design into working drawings and tender the project for an actual price.
  4. Once the client has approved the above, we then secure our sub-contractors and suppliers, finalise our program and execute on the project delivery.
  5. When this turnkey process has been completed, a handover meeting is organised to go through your new space, and you are ready to move in!

A turnkey solution is a comprehensive type of project that is devised to encompass all aspects of a fit out, so when completed, the space is ready to use. This comprises everything from spatial planning and design, to project management and construction.

Of course, Gaze has a specialised project delivery team that can take a full design and complete the physical fit out on your behalf. This includes everything such as, budget estimation, programming, hiring sub-contractors and ensuring the finished product meets regulatory standards.

We sure do. With an extensive network of suppliers, we can make sure you get the right products for the right price. Our design studio can also incorporate furniture, such as workstations and seating, into designs so that it best suits your layout.

Of course, our design team can incorporate your furniture into the designs to help you better visualise what your space will look like.

If you are getting new furniture, we can help get rid of what you do not need any more by disposing of it, finding a use for it elsewhere or donating it to a new home.

Yes, we often help our clients return their old spaces back to the original condition when they took possession.

Consents are needed for major works within a project.  Generally, alterations to plumbing; heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC); access and egress; the bathroom; and fire and sprinkler systems will require a building consent. A resource consent may be needed in instances such as when there is a new build or a building shell alteration.

We strive for a complete design to eliminate any variations between design and delivery. Should a variation to the confirmed design or finishes occur, we will seek costing and approval from our clients before continuing with the work.

It is possible, however, will be dependent on the current layout of the space and phasing of the project.
