Consents are needed for major works within a project. Generally, alterations to plumbing; heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC); access and egress; the bathroom; and fire and sprinkler systems will require a building consent. A resource consent may be needed in instances such as when there is a new build or a building shell alteration.
We strive for a complete design to eliminate any variations between design and delivery. Should a variation to the confirmed design or finishes occur, we will seek costing and approval from our clients before continuing with the work.
