St John Northern Regional Office required a best practice training facility for both internal and external public providers. The office space covered approximately 2600 square metres to house around 100+ staff members.

The primary objective was to bring various divisions into the one building and create a best practice training facility for both internal and external public providers.

Gaze implemented an inspired and clever exterior building refurbishment and entrance, as well as a comprehensive base building upgrade and tenancy interior fit-out. Gaze provided design plus project and cost management to St John Northern Regional Office for their relocation.
