One Agency

One Agency is as real estate agency network in New Zealand and Australia whose members include real estate professionals and established agencies.

Looking to establish a new office within a prominent position in Parnell, One Agency wanted their new space to stand out. In particular, they wanted to have clean and consistent branding that reflected a modern image. Whilst the premises were primarily for client meetings and agent administration, the design provided flexibility for potential auctions.

The design called for a flexible open office, with plenty of collaborative spaces and private areas for client meetings and individual work. Booths that can be pre-booked provide additional space for quiet work and confidential phone calls. To ensure an on-brand office environment One Agency’s brand colours were incorporated into the fabric selection for the soft furnishings.
