Maynard Marks

Maynard Marks is a property and building consultancy providing architectural, building, quantity surveying and project management services.

Gaze was appointed to provide a full turnkey solution, including hard and soft fitout for their new offices on Wyndham Street. Responsibilities included interior spatial design, budgeting/quantity surveying, project management, construction and furniture procurement.

The final developed design displayed a semi-industrial look and feel created through the use of hard-wearing materials, including solid and rustic timber, blackened steel and concrete flooring. An open-plan layout delivers worker flexibility by including booths and quiet rooms that can be used for informal meetings or individual work. Additional flexibility within the front of house environment also allows the space to be used to host large functions.
