Gaze was engaged to design and build a new carpark at HERA House, Manukau.

This included civil works, a new vehicle crossing, 2 x electric charging stations, services alterations including barrier gates and street lighting, new drainage system with permeable pavers and a sub ground drainage slow down instead of a detention tank, paving, kerbs and line marking.
