The client was focused on Gaze creating an open-plan space that was practical, cost-efficient and delivered a professional ambiance.
With a tight schedule, Gaze conducted the feasibility of available space and determined the best occupational space for CCHL was in Deloitte House, where the team could be based close to partners and clients. To reflect CCHL’s values, a prudent approach to planning and design was undertaken, creating a space focused on employee and visitor comfort.
Finished with a muted colour theme, the client was exceptionally appreciative of the excellent communication from the design and project management teams, allowing the fitout to be delivered issue-free.
